Hi Speed Automotive

This 24,000 square foot Classic Car & Hot Rod Gallery is one of the most unique event spaces in Tucson. Built as the Rainbow Bread bakery in 1954, during the day it is a working garage and showroom, where they work exclusively on custom hot rods and classic cars. The space has two large areas, the garage and showroom that can be transformed into the perfect event site for your party. Classic cars and Hot rods will be moved to accommodate your group, the less people you have the more cars you'll be able to admire.

Saint Ann's Chapel & Ranch

Situated along the Tanque Verde Wash, in the shadow of the Catalina Mountains, you will find a charming chapel surrounded by spacious grounds. Originally the site of one of Tucson's first cavalry installations, Saint Ann's Chapel & Ranch is one of the area's historic treasures. This quaint site appears to have been created with weddings in mind. Expanisve lawns and cottonwood groves and mark a versatile outdoor setting.

Scottish Rite Temple

Built in 1905 to house the Southern AZ Scottish Rite, this once private building is now open to the pu blic for their special events. Wtih three major ballrooms, two that have all the original fixtures and decorations, it's perfecct for weddings, parties & receptions. The main ballroom, the Reed Room, features the original stage and 17 hand-painted backdrops which were created in France in 1885 and can seat 500.

AZ Historical Society

This historical building which houses Tucson's history also has event space which can accommodate up to 250 people and museum areas which can be used for reception areas, as well as a histroic courtyard. Located steps away from teh University of Arizona, it's a truly unique setting for any special event.

Cocoraque Ranch

A real working cattle ranch nestled in pristine desert west of the Tucson mountains, Cocoraque Ranch offers a once in a lifetime event space. Set amongst the 100 year old working ranch is a grand pavilion with a covered eating area, saloon-style bar, dance floor and band shelter, modern restroom facilities, and a bonfire pit, and mesquite fired grill. Carriages and horses are available for an unforgettable entrance.

Windmill Suites at St. Phillips Plaza

Set in the beautiful St. Philip's Plaza with some of Tucson's best galleries and shops, The Windmill Suites has a beautiful ballroom for all kinds of events. The ballroom can accommodate from 20 to 200 people and hotel rooms are offered at group rates.

Mini-Time Machine

The newest and most state-of-the-art museum in Tucson, The Mini-Time Machine offers 15,560 square feet of elntertaining and interactive array of antique and contemporary miniatures as well as enchanting artifacts. It's a magical experience for your guest with flexible and customizable options, perfect for special events, private receptions, breakout sessions or off-site excursions. The meeting spaces can accommodate up to 100 guests and after hours the lobby, rotunda and galleries are available for private rental.

Embassy Suites La Paloma Village

Set in the stunning foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains, they provide the ideal location for your Tucson hotel venue. A beautiful ballroom is attached to an outdoor patio with pool views. Group rates for hotel rooms available.

Tucson Museum of Art

Five historic houses surround the modern museum of art and large courtyards that can accommodate up to 700 people for a reception and 500 seated. It is the perfect juxtoposition of historic charm and modern sleekness. The museum gallery may also be rented, but please note food and drink can only be consumed in the courtyard and lobby.

The Conference Center at Tucson Osteopathic Medical Foundation
